Job Description

About Brilliant Harvest

Brilliant Harvest is a fast-growing agtech startup that is redefining how equipment dealerships support their staff and customers. Purpose-built for the ag and construction industries, Brilliant Harvest’s AI-powered platform helps dealership teams find answers faster, save time, reduce downtime, and improve customer service.

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and product. You’ll help us craft and deliver communications that keep our users engaged, informed, and excited about what’s next. If you’re equally comfortable writing compelling copy, building visual assets in Canva, and digging into engagement data to improve campaign performance, this role is for you.

Marketing Campaigns & Communication
  • Plan, draft, and distribute customer and dealer communications (release notes, announcements, newsletters, updates) in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Manage and optimize SendGrid (or similar) email campaigns; ensuring accurate targeting, strong messaging, and brand consistency.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for new product features or enhancements, translating technical updates into clear and engaging communications.
Content Creation & Brand Support
  • Create and edit basic marketing and training materials such as one-pagers, how-to guides, slide decks, and short demo videos.
  • Build visual assets in Canva or Adobe tools for digital campaigns, presentations, and dealer events.
  • Capture customer stories, photos, and testimonials from dealers and farmers to share across our marketing channels.
  • Support the execution of dealer programs and events, ensuring materials, signage, and communications are on-brand and on-time.
  • Pitch in at events. Coordinate dealer event needs and provide on-the-ground support with materials and content capture.
Customer Support & Feedback Management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback through HubSpot Service Hub.
  • Collect customer feedback and usage insights, and collaborate with Product to inform improvements and bug fixes
  • Maintain an organized feedback loop. Logging, tracking, and prioritizing customer feedback for review by product and marketing teams.
  • Work closely with product management to communicate and prioritize feature requests, recurring issues, and user insights.
  • Support onboarding and training by maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base and FAQs.
Analytics & Insights
  • Track campaign performance, platform engagement, and user communication metrics to understand what drives adoption and retention.
  • Generate insights and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and data trends.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts align with platform usage goals and user needs.
What You Bring:
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation; ideally within AgTech or the equipment industry.
  • Strong written and visual storytelling skills; able to turn technical information into accessible, engaging content.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like SendGrid, HubSpot, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable reviewing engagement data to optimize campaigns and measure success.
  • Working knowledge of agriculture or construction equipment industries and comfort collaborating with dealers and farmers.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with marketing automation or analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Intercom)
  • Familiarity with SaaS or product-led growth environments.
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics experience.
Why Join Brilliant Harvest?
  • Join a proven team led by serial entrepreneur, Remi Schmaltz that has successfully exited 2 previous agriculture companies.
  • The opportunity to contribute to an innovative product team shaping the future of AI used in the large equipment space.
  • A collaborative culture that values growth, learning, and impact.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
