About The Role…
We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist, DACH Market. You will be part of the Wildix Global Marketing Team, made of +35 professionals spread all around the world, and will collaborate with Web & Digital, Comms & Copy, Products & Tech Marketing departments, supporting all the marketing activities to promote and position the Wildix brand in the DACH market. You will be focusing on working in Partner Development activities, supporting partners from a Marketing perspective to help generate more business, and deploying the Demand Generation plan to identify future Wildix Partners.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Plan, execute, and monitor lead generation campaigns, including tracking, measuring results, and creating MQL reports in CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales teams in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to align campaigns and outreach activities.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI, including CAC, MRR, and budget.
- Ensure partners have up-to-date marketing materials aligned with current design guidelines.
- Create and localize content for the German-speaking market, including emails, case studies, website content, and social media posts.
- Prepare localized partner communications, including collecting content and distributing the monthly partner newsletter.
- Develop new projects and initiatives to support partners.
- Plan, organize, and execute online and on-site events (webinars, roadshows, national trade shows).
- Manage promotion, scheduling, internal and external coordination, and execution of all event tasks.
- Work daily with the global marketing team, providing feedback on materials and campaigns and suggesting new ideas.
- Occasional travel for business events or team meetings.
What You Bring to the Team
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing tactics
- Strong experience in organizing events and webinars, ensuring smooth execution and impactful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, enabling clear idea articulation and effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong determination to achieve goals and deliver results.
- Collaborative team player with high dedication and commitment.
- Quick learner with enthusiasm for mastering new products and technologies, maintaining structured and organized work practices.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with the ability to adapt communication for business audiences in the DACH region.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms
- Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot)
- Worked within IT or UC Industry
