Job Description
The Performance Specialist for our Patient & Practice Communications team is responsible for channel marketing operations process, execution and measurement of A+ patient engagement initiatives. This role will work with partner practices and execute continuous improvement of patient communications to build strong relationships to meet quality and performance goals.
Candidates should be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US.
Primary Duties:
- Understand and lead execution against channel and technical requirements for direct mail, text, email, in-clinic, digital, and in-app campaigns that foster patient engagement and education in value-based contracts; Campaign performance reporting, process/SOP management and improvement.
- Work with 3rd party vendors in support of execution, proofing, and User Acceptance Testing for print, production, postage, marketplace, and programming technology.
- Support the implementation of new initiatives and partnerships among our business leaders and market teams.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and manage multiple resources, business, and vendor resources for on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Respond to marketing requests by managing needed business requirements, timeframes, and collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure a fully executed project plan progresses successfully from conception to final product.
- Work collaboratively with the technical, content, and other internal business partners to meet project and business goals.
- Facilitate training on outreach for provider-facing field teams, coordinate communications, and solicit input to serve our contracted providers & practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2 yrs. Channel Marketing & Project Management Experience
- Proven experience working with vendors and/or print/production or communications processes
- High-level of familiarity with healthcare marketing communications or healthcare/PBM operations
- High-level of attention to detail in documenting job requirements, compliance, user acceptance testing, proof review and quality control best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organizational skills, including time management
- Project management experience
Preferred KSA's:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 yrs. Direct Mail, Text Messaging, Print, Email, and Media
- Project Management Certification
