What We Need
We are looking for a visionary and strategic Senior Manager, Mobile User Acquisition to lead and scale our Growth Marketing Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Mobile Marketing, this role is a pivotal leadership position responsible for defining and executing the user acquisition strategy across 2K’s entire mobile portfolio, from our successful live games to our exciting new franchises.
You will have full ownership of our overall user acquisition strategy, managing significant budgets, and fostering key relationships with platform partners. This role requires an individual who can not only lead a team but also act as a senior expert, translating complex data into clear, strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
- Define and Oversee Strategy: Develop and lead world-class mobile user acquisition and retargeting strategies that align with company-wide business objectives and growth targets.
- Budget & P&L Management: Own and manage large-scale user acquisition budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Lead Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central hub for mobile UA, collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Data Science teams. Guide the team to translate data into actionable insights and strategic optimizations.
- Manage Platform Relationships: Foster and nurture high-level relationships with major platform partners (e.g., Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok). Proactively identify and secure alpha/beta testing opportunities to gain a competitive advantage.
- Drive Strategic Improvements: Partner with data science and analytics teams to improve measurement, reporting, and attribution models. Champion the integration of new technologies and methodologies for automation and operational efficiency.
- Creative & A/B Testing Leadership: Guide the performance marketing creative strategy, establishing a robust A/B testing framework and ensuring a high-velocity, data-driven approach to creative ideation and production.
- Trend & Landscape Expertise: Act as the team’s leading expert on current and future mobile advertising trends, from platform changes and privacy regulations to new advertising channels and ad formats.
Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit
You are an experienced leader and strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-million dollar mobile user acquisition campaigns at scale. You have a deep understanding of the entire user journey and possess a solutions-oriented, creative problem-solving mindset.
- 8+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
- A proven track record of successfully managing and scaling large UA, retargeting, and creative strategies for mobile games or apps.
- Extensive experience managing significant marketing budgets and a deep understanding of P&L management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Expert-level knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including major platforms (Google UAC, Meta, TikTok), DSPs, and MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners).
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strategic relationships with major ad partners.
- A deep understanding of data analysis and a track record of partnering with data science teams to improve models and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies and data insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The pay range for this position in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $123,200 and $182,360 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
