About the Role
As a Senior Partner Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end performance and delivery of a portfolio of strategic partnerships. You’ll serve as the single point of accountability for revenue, product, go to market, and operational outcomes tied to these partnerships while helping drive executive alignment across organizations.
You’ll collaborate cross functionally with Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Product, and Finance to ensure partners deliver on contractual commitments, integrations progress smoothly, joint GTM initiatives thrive, and partner sourced revenue grows sustainably.
You are a skilled networker and communicator who builds trust, influences outcomes, and represents Scorpion as an unrivaled partner. In this role, you’ll facilitate ongoing collaboration with partners to ensure transparency, shared success, and measurable impact.
What Your Success Will Look Like
- Partnership Delivery Ensure partners meet commitments, maintain organizational alignment, and strengthen executive relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Operations on reporting, Marketing on joint campaigns, Sales on referrals, Customer Success on upsells and integration velocity, Enablement on training, Product on integration development, and Finance on reconciliation and revenue sharing.
- Revenue Growth Drive referrals and influenced deal flow, optimize partner contributions to pipeline and monthly recurring revenue (MRR), and expand co-sell opportunities.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) and Co-Marketing Develop and execute joint go to market strategies, campaigns, webinars, and events; hold partners accountable to deliverables.
- Partner Engagement Lead regular Quarterly Business Review (QBRs), manage escalations, and identify new opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
- Measurement and Reporting Maintain dashboards and provide clear, consistent reporting on partnership health and outcomes.
Who You Are And What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience:
- 7+ years managing strategic partnerships or platform alliances with CRMs, Field Service Management (FSMs), and Case Management platforms.
- Proven success leading cross functional go to market initiatives, driving integration adoption, generating referrals, and managing co-sell programs
- Skills
- Strong program management and stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, Marketing and Finance
- Comfortable in working with product teams on strategic integration scoping and adoption best practices
- Excellent communicator with experience leading QBRs and building higher level relationships
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience defining and reporting partner KPIs

Compensation
We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.
- The base salary is $150,000 (entry-level) - $165,000 (highly experienced). This position's base salary + annual variable is $180,000 (entry-level) - $195,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
