About the Role:

We’re looking for a Community Lead (Web3) to build, grow, and represent our community across the Web3 ecosystem, ensuring Mercuryo is trusted, visible, and actively embedded in crypto payments, wallets, and infrastructure conversations.

This role is about owning community strategy end-to-end — from shaping long-term relationships and ecosystem partnerships to driving engagement through content, discussions, and events. You’ll stay close to the crypto space, gather insights from the community, and turn them into meaningful input for the business.

Your Role:

• Craft and Implement Community Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive community strategy that directly aligns with our business objectives, ensuring sustainability and growth.
• Cultivate Long-term Relationships: Foster meaningful connections with community members, strategic partners, and collaborators, creating a network of trust and shared vision.
• Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and drive partnerships with other projects and ecosystem key players to enhance community engagement and collaboration.
• Develop Content Strategy: Create a robust content strategy that includes guidelines for posts, videos, and educational materials tailored to different audience segments.
• Engage Through Dynamic Content: Produce and contribute compelling content across various platforms, including threads, announcements, and AMAs, ensuring our community remains informed and engaged.
• Facilitate Community Discussions: Initiate and moderate discussions on relevant topics within the community to encourage interaction and gather valuable insights.
• Gather Insights and Feedback: Proactively collect community feedback and insights to inform internal decision-making, enhancing our products and services to better meet community needs.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of crypto trends by actively researching and participating in the community, positioning yourself as a trusted source of information.

What We're Looking For:

• Deeply into crypto: You’re genuinely excited about the crypto space and stay on top of new trends, technologies, and conversations without being prompted.
• Community-first mindset: You feel at home in crypto communities, actively participate in discussions, and naturally help create an open and welcoming environment.
• Strong Web3 understanding: You understand how crypto and Web3 work and can clearly communicate complex ideas to different audiences.
• Relationship builder: You enjoy connecting with people, building long-term relationships, and are comfortable representing the brand publicly.
• Strategic thinker: You can turn ideas and insights into a clear community strategy that evolves as the ecosystem and business grow.
• Proactive and autonomous: You take ownership, move fast, and don’t wait for instructions — you see what needs to be done and make it happen.
  

Nice to Have:

• A robust personal presence on crypto Twitter, Telegram, or Discord, showcasing your influence and engagement.
• An existing network within the Solana ecosystem, adding immediate value to our community initiatives.
• Experience in partnerships, ecosystem growth, or business development within the Web3 space.
• Proven public speaking experience or a strong on-camera presence, enhancing your ability to engage and inform our community.
