Job Description

Scale Tech is a development agency partnering with clients across different industries to build high-quality digital products. We work with a range of exciting clients – from fintech to logistics – and we're growing our team of senior engineers to meet increasing demand.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our team on a full-time basis (40h/week) and contribute to multiple client projects. You'll work across different industries – including fintech and logistics – building real-world applications used by end customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into solid technical solutions
  • Take ownership of features end-to-end – from architecture decisions to delivery
  • Contribute to code reviews and uphold engineering standards across projects

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart
  • Strong grasp of mobile app architecture and state management
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Good English communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech or regulated industries
  • Native iOS/Android development background
