Hiring Sr. Android Native_Kotlin Developer (Remote)|Part Time

Role & Responsibilities:

Were seeking a Senior Android Engineer with experience building and shipping production Android applications. The ideal candidate is a Kotlin expert with strong Jetpack Compose experience, deep Android fundamentals, and a proven ability to design clean, scalable, and testable architectures. Youll own frontend quality end to end, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and continuous delivery.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience shipping production Android applications

  • Expert in Kotlin with strong proficiency in Jetpack Compose

  • Deep understanding of Android fundamentals: lifecycle, coroutines/threading, memory management, networking, and offline-first patterns

  • Proven ability to design and build clean, scalable Android architecture from scratch (data flow, state management, modularization, testability)

  • Strong performance and debugging mindset: startup optimization, UI jank, crashes, and ANRs

  • High sense of ownership with urgency and attention to detail

  • Owns frontend quality end-to-end, including polish, edge cases, and reliability

  • Clear communicator who ships continuously, follows through, and closes loops fast
