Your Mission: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partner Success Manager with deep expertise in the construction industry. This is a critical partner development and growth role, responsible for the complete post-acquisition lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of partners within this vertical.

While the long-term vision for this role is to focus on our most strategic, high-growth relationships, you will initially be responsible for managing all post-signature partners in the construction vertical. You will execute our success strategy: taking partners from signature to full activation, driving adoption, and managing them to drive mutual growth.

You will be instrumental in executing and refining the playbooks for all partner tiers, collaborating closely with our Partner Programs & Ops team to ensure a scalable, effective partner success motion.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner Onboarding & Activation: Execute and refine our standardized onboarding playbook, collaborating with our Partner Programs team to ensure newly signed partners are activated efficiently and effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing partners (ranging from small to large), understanding their business needs and serving as their primary strategic point of contact.
  • Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with key partners to develop joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, and co-marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on tailoring these joint strategies for the construction industry.
  • Partner Enablement: Deliver comprehensive training and sales collateral, acting as the subject matter expert who works with our Partner Programs & Ops team to adapt and iterate on enablement materials for your partners.
  • Performance Management: Monitor partner performance, establish shared KPIs and goals, and conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review success, identify challenges, and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Business Development team to ensure a seamless handoff of new partners. Act as the "voice of the partner" internally, liaising with Sales, Marketing, Partner Programs & Ops, and Product to provide market feedback and ensure alignment.
  • Conflict & Program Management: Proactively identify and address any business challenges partners face, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise to maintain a positive and productive relationship.

What You’ll Bring to Engine: We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • 5-7+ years of direct experience in Partner Success, Channel Account Management, or Strategic Alliances, with a required focus on managing partners in the construction technology or construction services sector.
  • Deep understanding of the construction industry's business drivers, ecosystem, procurement cycles, and software landscape (e.g., project management software, ERPs, field service tools).
  • Familiarity with the key ecosystems built around platforms like Trimble, Autodesk, Procore, and Intuit, including their surrounding tech and services partners, is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of building, managing, and growing a portfolio of successful B2B partnerships.
  • Demonstrable experience executing and refining joint GTM plans, co-marketing campaigns, and partner enablement programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and C-level relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Data-driven and analytical; comfortable tracking performance metrics, setting goals, and presenting regular reports on partner performance to senior management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
