What’s the opportunity?
As our Senior Treasurer, you will join our Finance team. You will be responsible for overseeing treasury operations across multiple Latin American countries, ensuring efficient cash flow management, risk mitigation, and seamless financial management.
What will I be doing?
- Identify and implement treasury initiatives that directly contribute to P&L improvement.
- Drive cash flow forecasting accuracy and enhance liquidity management processes.
- Analyze and reduce banking costs, negotiate terms, and streamline bank account structures.
- Oversee short-term investments, intercompany funding, and payment execution efficiency.
- Manage FX exposure, optimize reciprocity bank account use, and evaluate hedging strategies where needed.
- Serve as the primary liaison with banking institutions to ensure high-quality service, competitive pricing, and strong partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Regional Finance, Tax, Sales, and other departments to align financial goals and execution.
- Support internal controls, treasury reporting, and regulatory compliance.
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Treasury operations.
- Experience with FX & CCL broker operations.
- Strong Excel skills (PowerBI and PowerQuery are a plus).
- Advanced/Fluent English for effective communication in an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
