Job Description

Collier.Simon is an independent, full-service creative agency in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area. We work with our client partners to develop creative solutions that truly move the needle. Clients range from Fortune 500-type household names to up-and-comers across a variety of industries / verticals. We’re in the midst of a tech-powered transformation, using AI to supercharge creativity, not replace it, and we’re looking for curious minds excited to explore AI as a tool to scale, spark, and speed up creativity.

The Innovation Hub is where bold ideas meet real-world impact. We prototype, build, and scale intelligent systems that automate repetitive work and create new efficiencies—combining cutting-edge tech with creative thinking to help teams work smarter, faster, and aim higher.

We’re looking for a production designer who’s already made the leap into AI-powered workflows—or is deep in the process. This role is the backbone of our creative production pipeline, responsible for supporting and managing AI-enabled production workflows across the agency. You’ll maintain systems, enforce file standards, and ensure creative gets out the door at the quality and speed our clients expect. If you live in Figma, think in templates and systems, and see AI as a way to work smarter (not just faster), we want to talk.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • You’re a production designer first—you know file standards, version control, resizing matrices, and delivery specs inside and out
  • You’ve started integrating AI tools into your production workflow and can speak to what’s working and what’s not
  • Figma is your home base—you’re fluent in components, auto layout, design tokens, and libraries
  • You’re organized to a fault: naming conventions, folder structures, and file hygiene are second nature
  • You can coordinate across teams and accounts without dropping balls
  • You care about consistency and quality as much as speed

What You’ll Do

  • Support and manage AI-enabled production workflows across all agency accounts
  • Maintain and enforce file standards, naming conventions, and production processes in Figma
  • Handle template and tool chain management—building, updating, and scaling production systems
  • Execute version/weight file resizing across platforms and specs
  • Oversee automation pipelines for repetitive production tasks and flag opportunities for new ones
  • Run delivery QA to ensure all assets meet specs and brand guidelines before handoff
  • Coordinate with creative teams across accounts (including Jack in the Box, Experian, QuickBooks, and others) to keep production moving
  • Maintain and improve documentation for all production workflows and systems

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of production design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment
  • Figma expertise is mandatory—including components, auto layout, design libraries, and production-ready file organization
  • Experience with AI-powered design and production tools (generative fill, automated resizing, asset generation, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of file formats, resolution requirements, and platform-specific delivery specs
  • Proven ability to manage production across multiple brands and accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail—your files are clean, your layers are named, your exports are correct
  • Comfort working in the Adobe Creative Suite alongside Figma
  • Must be available to work standard PST hours

Bonus Points If You…

  • Have worked in a high-volume production environment with fast turnarounds and multiple stakeholders
  • Can write or modify basic automations (Figma plugins, scripts, or workflow tools)
  • Have experience with motion graphics or video production pipelines
  • Understand brand guideline systems at the OEM/franchise/dealership level

What We Offer

  • A collaborative, forward-thinking creative culture where craft, experimentation, and systems thinking are all valued
  • Fully remote work environment with PST-based hours
  • Full-time salary and benefits including healthcare, 401(k), generous PTO, and professional development support
