About the company
This is a social-first creative agency that partners with brands valuing restraint, taste, and cultural relevance over noise. The agency works at the intersection of editorial design, brand systems, and concept-driven social content, building long-term visual ecosystems for brands. Their work translates abstract ideas into refined, intentional, and emotionally resonant visual worlds.
The team operates fully remotely and is highly collaborative and design-led, with a strong emphasis on craft, clarity, and visual intelligence.
Why this role matters
This role plays a central part in how brands look, feel, and evolve over time
As the in-house Brand Designer (Editorial), this person will own execution across multiple projects while actively shaping visual systems, social content, and concept work
The work produced will directly influence the aesthetic bar of everything published — from daily social posts to early-stage brand explorations
This is not a production-only role; it is intended for a designer who thinks editorially and understands how motion can elevate, not overpower, strong design
What you’ll bring
Strong editorial design thinking applied to social-first and brand work
High-level execution across layouts, typography, and visual systems
Ability to translate abstract concepts and brand positioning into clear visual direction
Thoughtful use of motion and micro-animations to add sophistication and depth
Consistently polished first passes with strong taste and attention to detail
Confidence working across multiple brand worlds without flattening their identities
Who you are
A design-led thinker with an editorial eye informed by culture, not trends
Comfortable owning execution while collaborating closely with a Creative Director
Curious, visually opinionated, and confident proposing ideas
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely
Someone who sees words, pacing, and hierarchy as part of the design — not an afterthought
Requirements
Strong experience in editorial, brand, or social-first design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects preferred)
Strong typographic judgment and layout discipline
Experience designing social content, brand systems, and conceptual explorations
Comfort using Figma and Notion for collaboration and project management
Advanced English communication skills
Experience using or experimenting with AI-assisted creative tools
Reliable computer, fast internet connection, and willingness to use time-tracking tools
Nice to have
Background in fashion, editorial, or culture-led brands
Sensitivity to motion design, micro-animations, or social-native motion
Basic video or motion editing experience (not a core requirement)
Experience experimenting with AI tools for design or motion exploration
