You partner with your team to define the future of our financial products, working from first exploration to high-fidelity execution and even final product. You define what 'good' taste looks like and carry that vision all the way to production.
What You'll Be Doing

Champion application craft: Guide the structure, behavior, and UX quality of every feature, partnering with engineers to bring exceptional, high-utility products to life. Maintain a high bar for visual execution within complex application environments.

Design refined application experiences: Own key product surfaces end-to-end, from concept through production. Use layout, interaction, and motion to make complex fintech concepts feel simple, intuitive, and visually compelling across mobile and web platforms.

Optimize for efficiency: Utilize modern development workflows and tooling as your starting point. Draft intent, explore implementations, scaffold components, and refactor with a focus on speed and technical excellence.

Bridge design and systems: Translate product requirements into intuitive, human-centered interfaces. Ensure every screen and interaction is clear, accessible, and optimized for an effortless workflow and operational efficiency.
What You Need to Succeed
- Portfolio: A body of work that demonstrates high visual and interaction craft specifically in live products or complex, interactive applications.
- Strong product design craft: Proven experience taking projects from initial concept to live, high-performing application flows, with excellent visual taste and strong attention to typography, composition, hierarchy, interaction details, and polished execution.
- Modern design process: Expertise in using a broad range of contemporary design and prototyping tools, with a clear philosophy on how to accelerate production and delivery without sacrificing craft or quality.
- Systems mindset: Experience working with design tokens, or component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across product surfaces.
- Collaboration: Clear communication and comfort pairing with fellow product designers and engineers to solve technical and usability challenges.
