We are looking for a Senior Delivery Process & Governance professional to join our Delivery Operations team. The Delivery Process & Governance function ensures we deliver consistently across markets by defining our end-to-end playbooks, stage gates, and operating standards—embedding controls, SLAs/OLAs, and responsible AI principles into the way we work. This role bridges strategy with execution, ensuring the Go‑Live framework in HubSpot and Jira is clear, adopted, and continuously improved across regions. You will partner closely with Solutions, Implementation, Commercial, Product, Legal, and Operations to align handoffs, standardize business processes, and drive change with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
Location: EMEA Region
What’s the opportunity? Shape how dLocal delivers at scale by owning our end-to-end delivery playbook, stage gates, and governance across markets—embedding consistency, controls, and AI principles into day-to-day operations. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional alignment while ensuring our Go‑Live checklist runs seamlessly across HubSpot and Jira.
What will I be doing?
- Own and evolve the global Delivery process library (workflows, SOPs, stage gates), including Go‑Live readiness criteria with artifacts and checks distributed across HubSpot (deal-level) and Jira (implementation tasks).
- Run cross-functional governance with Solutions, Implementation, Commercial, Product, and Legal; maintain RACI and handoff standards across regions, keeping HubSpot/Jira workflows in sync.
- Standardize delivery-dependent business processes (intake, triage handoffs, change requests, incident-to-problem) with SLAs/OLAs, controls, and clear success metrics mapped to HubSpot fields and Jira issue types.
- Define and maintain Delivery AI Principles and guardrails; ensure responsible AI usage is operationalized in templates, Jira workflows, and HubSpot playbooks.
- Partner with Insights on KPI taxonomy and reporting; ensure each process has instrumented inputs/outputs across HubSpot, Jira, and data warehouse/BI.
- Apply core PM skills: plan/govern process changes, run project ceremonies, manage risks/RAIDs, and drive timely adoption and change management.
What skills do I need?
- 7–10+ years in Delivery/Operations Excellence, PMO, or Process Governance in fintech/SaaS or similarly complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience standardizing multi-region processes and running governance (RACI, stage gates, versioning), with hands-on HubSpot and Jira workflow configuration/administration familiarity.
- Strong PM capabilities: planning/execution, RAID logs, stakeholder management, and change enablement; able to align cross-functional teams to clear milestones.
- Working knowledge of BPMN/lightweight process tools; integrating controls, SLAs/OLAs, and quality checks into HubSpot properties/pipelines and Jira workflows.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; crisp SOPs/templates, strong facilitation.
- Nice to have: operationalizing AI guardrails and policy-to-process translation; HubSpot admin/Jira workflow scheme experience.
