About The Position:
G-P is looking for a Business Development Manager to manage, coach and develop our EMEA Business Development team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong strategic thinker, and is passionate about the data that drives our EMEA BDR team forward.
What You Will Do:
- Recruit, hire, develop and mentor business development representatives for the UK, Irish, Nordics and MEA markets
- Manage day to day activities of the BDR team including live coaching and mentoring, reviewing lead volume, queues and disposition, call statistics, conversions and pipeline build for inbound and outbound
- Report on prospecting activity, forecast to BD Director and maintain a consistent command of the numbers that drive the business.
- Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of individual BDRs to ensure key performance metrics are met; operate as a hands-on manager - listen to calls, iterate cadences etc.
- Cultivate and maintain a culture of constant improvement
- Set and communicate clear objectives for the team and individual team members and hold them accountable
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
- Provide feedback to and collaborate with cross functional team to consistently improve lead quality and targeting to increase conversions and ROI.
- Provide BDRs with a coaching cadence for success
What We Are Looking For:

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business but not essential
- 2+ years' experience managing a team
- 3+ years' experience in B2B Sales/Business Development
- Track record achieving sales targets
- Structured Sales training in recognized sales methodologies, an advantage
- International work and/or travel experience
- Excellent English written & communication skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, Cognism is preferred

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:
- Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
- Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
