Our Role
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who will be a critical part of how we keep our revenue engine running as we pivot toward delivering enterprise AI. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, while bringing structure and you'll do what it takes to get you closer to clarity and outcomes. You're an analytical operator that thrives in building, fixing, and improving the systems and spreadsheets that help a Sales and Customer Experience team perform at its best. In other words, your work will ensure our revenue reporting, forecasting, and planning are accurate, automated, and actionable.
About You
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations at a SaaS company.
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets - comfortable with complex formulas, pivot tables, and linking data between sources to keep data fresh.
- Understand the standard processes and metrics of a SaaS business (pipeline, ARR, expansion, renewals/churn, services revenue).
- Have super-user experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data hygiene.
- Can build and maintain recurring processes, e.g. commissions, forecasting, and pipeline tracking.
- Have strong attention to detail, you build stakeholders’ trust in your numbers.
- Can balance “business as usual” execution with process upgrades and automation projects.
- Can representing Revenue Operations in cross-functional meetings with Finance, Sales, and Customer Experience.
Outcomes
- Own the monthly and quarterly commission process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all revenue teams.
- Maintain and improve pipeline analytics, ensuring automated data flows remain reliable and reflective of how we segment the business.
- Oversee renewal forecasting, evolving the current process into a fully automated, insight-driven system.
- Represent Revenue Operations in annual planning with Finance, building bottom-up forecasts and capacity models.
- Develop a new Professional Services forecasting and tracking process in partnership with the Services team.
- Partner with the rest of the Revenue Operations and Analytics team to ensure GTM data alignment and reporting consistency.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to automate manual workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.
