We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in managing a big project, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

In this role, you will

    • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
    • Define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and track progress
    • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
    • Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors
    • Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team
    • Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders
    • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
    • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
    • Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes

What you will bring

    • Extensive IT project management experience with a track record of successfully leading complex projects
    • Extensive knowledge of web development processes, methodologies, and best practices
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
    • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills for effective communication with clients and team members
    • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Experience with project management tools and software
    • Experience with project budget tracking and resource utilization
    • Fluency in English

Salary range:

17 360 - 28 690 PLN + VAT (B2B) 
14 280 - 23 815  PLN gross (Permanent)
