The Role
As Senior Manager of Rewards & Partnerships at OnePay, you’ll lead the charge in building a rewards ecosystem that deepens customer loyalty, drives transaction volume, and unlocks incremental revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships.
Our rewards program is live on OnePay’s debit card with a handful of key partners. Your mission will be to scale this offering across our full suite of financial products—including credit, wallet, and BNPL—and evolve it into a cohesive, customer-centric platform. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how rewards reinforce our broader goals: attracting new users and driving cross-product adoption. We’re especially focused on strengthening partnerships with merchants in high-frequency and essential spend categories like CPG, rideshare, airline, and fuel.
You Will
Own OnePay’s rewards and partnerships strategy across our wallet, debit, credit, and BNPL offerings
Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners, including Kard, Upside as well as prospective ones like Mastercard, Rakuten, Fidel APl, and others
Source and close new partnerships with card-linked offer networks, merchant-funded offer platforms, payment networks, and direct merchant reward programs
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and finance to drive partner-driven growth across OnePay’s multi-product ecosystem
You Bring
8+ years of experience in partnerships or account management role at a fintech, ecommerce, or payments company
A track record of executing end-to-end deals, with the ability to own negotiations and relationship growth
Familiarity and enthusiasm for the rewards ecosystem and players like Rakuten, Upside, Kard, etc
A marketing-oriented commercial mindset with ability to pitch OnePay’s unique audience and transaction data to unlock incremental value for partners alongside strategic growth channels for OnePay
