Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead innovation and roadmap execution for our Helios Care Management (Helios CM) and Helios Utilization Management (Helios UM) solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, design, clinical experts, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features that drive value for customers and support our growth strategy. Your work will shape product direction through customer insights, market analysis, and a deep understanding of healthcare workflows. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap for Helios CM and Helios UM, aligning priorities with business goals and customer needs 
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends to inform product strategy 
  • Translate clinical and operational workflows into intuitive product features 
  • Define feature requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics 
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time 
  • Partner with clinical SMEs to ensure usability and streamline compliance in complex healthcare environments 
  • Lead go-to-market activities including launch planning, stakeholder enablement artifacts, and customer communications 
  • Present roadmap and feature demos to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and customers 
  • Support continuous improvement of product processes 

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare SaaS, ideally with exposure to care management, utilization management, or related workflows 
  • Proven success delivering products that meet market and customer needs 
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to engage technical and clinical audiences 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership 
  • Collaborative leadership style with influence across teams 
  • Must reside in the U.S.; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical background (nursing, case management, utilization review) or experience working closely with clinical teams 
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD) and integration processes 
  • Familiarity with AI applications in healthcare products 
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau)
