Job Description
You'll be working with some of the biggest DTC brands in the USA, on creative work that actually moves business outcomes, with cutting-edge AI tools and workflows we've built in-house. And you'll be doing it inside one of the fastest-growing companies in U.S. performance marketing.
We're hiring Project Managers to run the day-to-day operations behind our highest-priority accounts. You'll be assigned to multiple top-tier clients and work across the workflows and work streams that keep campaigns moving and performance climbing.
This is an operational role at its core. The work spans creative and analytical territory, from research and copy to QA and reporting, and a lot of it gets done with the AI tools and proprietary systems that give our team an edge.
About us:
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably. We combine full-service performance marketing with proprietary tech, including:
• A creator marketplace managing over 80,000 influencer partnerships monthly
• An AI-powered platform to streamline discovery, outreach, and whitelisting
• Proven playbooks in influencer marketing, paid media, performance creative, and CRO
We’re trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $500M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.
What you'll actually do
You'll be assigned to multiple high-priority accounts and run operations across them, working alongside Creative Strategists, Performance Analysts, and Influencer Leads. The work is hands-on and detailed:
Writing creative briefs for senior review, drafting and refining ad copy using our AI workflows, running competitor research and brand deep-dives (review mining, Reddit threads, founder interviews, anywhere insights live), studying top-performing scripts across our portfolio and adapting them to specific brand voices, QA-ing new creative against brief and brand guidelines, and reviewing raw footage to flag the best clips for editors.
You'll also handle the operational backbone: keeping projects moving, tracking deliverables, coordinating across creative, strategy, and performance teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Training
You're not expected to walk in knowing every discipline you'll touch. We invest the first two weeks in deep training on the fundamentals, including Creative Strategy and the other specialties you'll be supporting. We have proprietary courses, frameworks, and SOPs. Plan to learn fast and apply faster.
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similarly detailed cross-functional role. You're obsessive about quality, the kind of person who notices the typo, the off-brand color, the script that doesn't quite hit. You're comfortable working with data and comfortable working with creative, and you don't see those as separate worlds. You've used AI tools in your workflow and you're excited to use more of them. You can write clearly. You read carefully. You're proactive without needing to be told to be. You're fluent in our stack: Asana, Google Sheets, Slack, and modern AI tools. You communicate well in writing because most of our work happens in writing.
Compensation:
$1,000 to $1,500 USD per month. Strong performers move into bigger scopes, more strategic accounts, and senior operator seats across the business.
Location:
Fully remote. Work from wherever you do your best work, on London time (GMT/BST).
