Job Description
LeanTaaS is seeking a versatile Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. Because our business is dynamic, we’ve designed this role to be intentionally broad: you might spearhead entirely new product initiatives or optimize existing core platforms based on market demands and your core strengths.
We are looking for a customer-oriented builder who is ready to adapt on the fly, bring order to complex problems, and deliver exceptional software solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, user workflows, business objectives, and product opportunities
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction, requirements, and success metrics
- Own roadmap and backlog prioritization for a product area or major initiative
- Make thoughtful tradeoffs across customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, implementation complexity, and strategic alignment
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, customer-facing teams, and company leadership to deliver high-quality software
- Manage product initiatives from discovery through development, launch, adoption, and iteration
- Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform prioritization and evaluate product performance
- Communicate product direction, decisions, and progress clearly across stakeholders
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 3+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience owning complex software, workflow, analytics, or technology initiatives
- Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritizing tradeoffs, and delivering software in partnership with engineering teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and comfort influencing without direct authority
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and bring structure to evolving business or customer needs
- Customer empathy and a track record of translating user needs into practical, scalable product solutions
- Technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and implementation teams
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution and adoption
BONUS POINT IF YOU HAVE
- Experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, operations technology, analytics, AI/ML, or workflow automation
- Experience working with data, optimization, forecasting, or analytics-driven products
- Experience building products for complex operational environments or multi-stakeholder workflows
- Experience working with enterprise customers and customer-facing teams
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Build context on the business, customers, and product workflows quickly.
- Create clarity from ambiguous customer and business problems.
- Build trust with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams.
- Own a product area or major initiative with increasing independence.
- Deliver product improvements that create measurable customer and business impact.
- Communicate product direction clearly across stakeholders and leadership.
- Help the team make better prioritization decisions through customer insight, data, and structured thinking.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- Intellectual and emotional satisfaction of solving tough operational problems in healthcare while improving patient access and saving lives!
- Competitive compensation package that includes base salary, target bonus, and stock options
- 401(k) Match
- Comprehensive healthcare benefits
- Generous Paid Time Off and Parental Leave
- Monthly reimbursement for Skill Building
- Monthly reimbursement for Wellness, Transportation, and/or Home Office
- Education Reimbursement for select courses/programs
