Product Program Manager

You will lead key execution initiatives in our effort to introduce next-generation purpose-built AI supercomputers working alongside high performance computing engineers and technologists. This role will also help scale program execution through data-driven workflows and practical use of AI-enabled tools for program visibility, dependency tracking, risk analysis, and communication.Data Center System platforms are fully integrated combinations of creative, GPU-optimized software, groundbreaking performance, and simplified management to redefine: AI and Deep Learning High-performance Computing GPU Cloud Computing GPU Virtualization Analytics This is our life’s work, to amplify human imagination and intelligence. Make the choice, join our diverse team today! What you will be doing: Full program ownership, with primary focus on: Comprehensive cross-functional schedules Ensure sound execution strategy is established and implemented Continuously assessing program risks and mitigation plans Review upstream POR (plan of record) changes and drive program strategy  Own program POR, document strategy changes and rationale for decisions Drive understanding of Product Life Cycle, phase/achievement criteria, and cross-functional interdependencies  Ensure cohesive collaboration between cross-functional teams and leads: architects, engineers, Hardware, Software, Firmware, Operations, Product Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams Lead project staff meetings to:Prioritize top issues, roadblocks, and areas of immediate focus Summarize concerns, blockades, and plans to resolve Report out program status to team members at all levels Implement AARs (after action review) from previous generation into current program Update program dashboards, rosters, and frameworks to scale communication across the organizationWhat we need to see: Bachelors (or equivalent experience) in Engineering/CS, Electrical Engineering or similar degree 5+ year Technical Program Management Experience with Strong experience in Product DevelopmentProven leadership and communication skills and the ability to influence without authority while using data, AI-enabled tools, and structured communication to drive alignmentIdentify and balance between decision makers and influencers Understand that strategy is defining the end and mapping a plan backwards step-by-step Owns the results and understands how their program performed last and current generation Always define owners, measurable actions, and critical dates for each deliverable Must link strategy to impact and project outcomes and demonstrate a logical approach to assess risk in schedule, resources, and performance including practical use of AI-enabled tools to improve program insight.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Proven experience in planning that leads to successful program resultsExperience in both internal cross-org decision making and external customer interaction.  Establish trust and credibility with internal team members Gather the right team members and clearly understand each person’s role in meetings to drive a successful outcome We have a real passion for excellence and for building products that excite the imagination.
