Job Description
Trilogy Federal is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level healthcare initiatives in support of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
This role goes beyond traditional program oversight. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can translate high-level mission objectives into actionable, human-centered programs that deliver measurable outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders, guiding program execution while driving innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple projects and teams.
This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare environments, strong program governance experience, and the ability to operate effectively within large, matrixed organizations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Minimum 10 years of experience supporting large corporations or government agencies

Demonstrated experience planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing complex programs

Proven ability to manage programs within integrated healthcare systems

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) or similar healthcare-related programs

5+ years supporting VHA or similarly large healthcare systems (e.g., systems with 15+ medical centers)

10+ years of experience in healthcare environments relevant to program objectives

Familiarity with VISN structures, VA medical center operations, and federal healthcare program requirements

Experience driving innovation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives in healthcare settings
