Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in SaaS products and complex enterprise customer migrations, including transitions from legacy software platforms. This is a senior, hands-on role with high executive visibility, involving significant complexity, multiple stakeholders, and a long-running global program. You will join an AI-forward SaaS organisation with a mission to prevent fatalities in high-risk environments, working with global enterprise customers.

Engagement Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end migration of Forwood’s legacy SaaS products to the new platform, from planning through execution.
  • Develop and manage the integrated migration plan, including milestones, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Act as the central coordination point across Technology, Product, Engineering, Customer, Sales, Support, and Operations.
  • Partner with Product Management and Technical Delivery to align migration activity with platform readiness and rollout plans.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies with clear context and recommendations.
  • Provide clear, structured reporting to the CEO on progress, risks, decisions, and impacts.
  • Ensure customer, operational, and change impacts are planned for, managed effectively, and continuously improved through lessons learned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional SaaS or platform migration programs; exposure to mining, resources, or other safety-critical industries is advantageous.
  • Strong project planning, sequencing, dependency, risk, and issue management capability.
  • Experience operating in matrix environments with senior executives and governance forums, including concise, executive-level reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
  • High attention to detail, strong accountability, and disciplined delivery approach.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira or similar tools to manage and report on multi-stream delivery.

If you thrive in complex environments, can cut through ambiguity, and enjoy delivering technology change that has real-world impact, this role offers the opportunity to work on a genuinely meaningful global program.
