Senior Manager, Global Sourcing

Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.The Role:A Senior Manager, Sourcing  would be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives across various product categories, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, driving cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of components while aligning with Logitech's sustainability goals, all while overseeing a team of sourcing professionals. Your Contribution:Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, quality standards, payment terms, and risk mitigation strategies. Analyzing spend data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality. Establishing and monitoring quality control procedures with suppliers to ensure products meet Logitech's quality standards. Identifying potential supply chain disruptions and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of operations. Regularly evaluating supplier performance against key metrics (e.g., delivery time, quality, cost) and taking corrective actions when necessary. Collaborating with suppliers to implement sustainable practices in the sourcing process. Working closely with product development, engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of sourced components into the production process. Your Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in consumer electronics.Strong negotiation skills and ability to build supplier relationships.Deep understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools for cost optimization.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for tracking supplier performance.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.Knowledge of sustainability practices and integrating them into sourcing strategies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.Strong understanding of global sourcing practices and international trade regulations.Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying cost-saving opportunities.Experience in electronics manufacturing or similar sectors is beneficial.#LI-KS1/104Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
