If you’re passionate about innovation and pushing entertainment boundaries, join our journey and help us create the unknown!Job DescriptionThe Portfolio Strategy Senior Manager / Manager is responsible for driving awareness, excitement, and revenue readiness for upcoming titles/events through a combination of strategic planning and high-impact presentation.The role orchestrates early and mid-stage commercial planning across the portfolio while ensuring that Ubisoft’s distribution partners are informed, aligned, and equipped to plan and execute effectively against each title’s value, opportunity, and path to market, enabling confident account-level planning and revenue execution.This role ensures cross-functional alignment from the earliest stages of information sharing through to the finalization of the commercial offer, including regular updates throughout each product’s lifecycle.In addition, the Portfolio Strategy Manager leads the development and continuous improvement of Sales enablement processes, tools, and forums at scale, and regularly interacts with key distribution partners, including first-party representatives, to reinforce commercial narratives and support effective partner engagement.The ideal candidate brings an authentic passion for gaming, with a deep understanding of Ubisoft’s key franchises and their competitive landscape, and demonstrates the ability to connect player expectations, market trends, and commercial opportunities. CH Scope: In partnership with another Portfolio Manager, this role supports a mix of titles across Creative Houses 2–5Key CompetenciesCommunication & Stakeholder Influence: Highly effective communicator with excellent English proficiency and ease engaging diverse, senior stakeholders internally and externally. Product Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment Maintain comprehensive knowledge of  assigned titles’ content and marketing strategy to advise product strategy formulation with internal and external partners, including timing, platform opportunities, and showcase participationAttend and influence key workshops, contributing to the development of Sales go-to-market plans.Ensure alignment between creative intent, business strategy, and commercial opportunities across the product lifecycleContribute to the structuring and consistency of go-to-market plans across the portfolio, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with commercial objectivesContribute to post-mortem discussions to inform future product and go-to-market strategies🔹 2. Sales Enablement & Partner-Facing CommunicationCraft and deliver partner-facing narratives for games and franchises, supported by business and franchise data to influence partnersPresent key planning deliverables in partnership with Creative Houses, including Business Strategic Alignment materials and Sales Brief presentationsEquip Sales teams with high-quality tools (one-pagers, pitch decks, messaging frameworks) to support partner discussions and account planningEnsure continuous and structured communication to Sales teams on game content, features, and timeline evolutionSupport Shopper Marketing in shaping the appropriate commercial tone and messaging for each product🔹 3.
