About Attune
Attune streamlines small business insurance by replacing manual, antiquated workflows with data-driven automation. Traditional commercial insurance requires extensive documentation and month-long lead times; our platform delivers precise, transparent coverage for Main Street businesses in minutes.
By leveraging advanced data science and automating legacy underwriting processes, we empower brokers to provide immediate value to their clients. Attune is digitizing a multi-billion dollar industry with a focus on accuracy, speed, and operational excellence.
Our commitment to innovation and culture has consistently earned Attune recognition on premier workplace award lists. We are building a diverse team of curious, motivated professionals dedicated to architecting the future of insurance.
As a Senior Product Manager at Attune, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of products across the Attune platform. You will be the primary driver of customer value, translating complex market needs into high-impact features that power insurance access for small businesses nationwide.
This senior-level role focuses specifically on Attune’s proprietary insurance products. You will partner with our underwriting team and carrier partners to ensure new offerings maintain rigorous compliance and underwriting integrity while providing a frictionless user experience. You will own the product lifecycle from initial discovery to market launch, iterating rapidly based on quantitative feedback and managing high-level stakeholders across the organization.
This role offers the option to be hybrid (New York City) or fully remote. Remote team members must reside and work within the United States and maintain access to reliable, high-speed internet.
