In this role, you will lead short-term software development projects, accompanying the development team throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will be responsible for ensuring proper planning, execution, and delivery of the solutions agreed upon with the client, maintaining a balance between scope, timelines, quality, and project sustainability. You will work in direct contact with clients and stakeholders, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and promoting clear, effective, and results-oriented communication.
What you can expect from this role (Responsibilities)
Lead the development team throughout the full lifecycle of one or more assigned projects.
Ensure compliance with scope, execution timelines, and delivery of the developments committed to the client.
Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, visibility, and transparency regarding project status.
Motivate and support the team, fostering a collaborative, empowered, and goal-oriented work environment.
Identify, assess, and communicate risks, deviations, and changes, as well as their impact on the probability of project success.
Resolve conflicts and issues, taking care of the relationship between the development team, functional areas, and the business.
Promote standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement in software development activities.
Ensure project sustainability and identify opportunities for improvement and value creation for the company.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
More than 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in roles related to project management.
Experience leading project teams and managing results, timelines, and quality.
Experience managing relationships with clients and users, with clear and fluid communication.
Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Nice to have
Experience in agile environments and software development projects.
Technical background that facilitates collaboration with technical leaders and development teams.
Experience in environments with multiple stakeholders or regulated contexts.
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and business value.
