The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of new and existing customer and partner integrations. This role manages cross-functional technical projects from kickoff through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of quality.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with technical aptitude, excels at building relationships with customers and vendors, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and external partners to drive successful integration outcomes while continuously improving implementation processes.
What You'll Bring:
Required:
- 2+ years of Technical Project Management, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs.
- Experience with webhooks.
- Understanding of OAuth, API keys, and authentication.
- Experience working with JSON, XML, CSV, and SFTP integrations.
- Ability to read API documentation and discuss technical solutions with engineers.
- Experience creating data mapping documents.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Healthcare technology experience.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) integrations.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS products.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- SQL or basic database knowledge.
