About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the growth and optimization of a flagship e-commerce store. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing core e-commerce functions, analyzing the purchase funnel, running A/B tests, and collaborating closely with marketing and merchandising teams to enhance the online shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap Support

  • Support the Product Management team in defining the overall e-commerce product strategy and roadmap
  • Ensure initiatives align with delivering strong value to customers and internal stakeholders

Conversion & Experience Optimization

  • Analyze the purchase funnel to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct A/B tests and performance analysis to drive conversion rate improvements
  • Implement site search optimization strategies to improve product discoverability
  • Monitor site traffic and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities

Marketing & Merchandising Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing and Site Merchandising teams to optimize product placement and presentation
  • Support ongoing promotional strategies to enhance performance
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Content team to develop custom content components that strengthen product storytelling and brand messaging
  • Ensure visual consistency and accuracy of promotions and product listings

Execution & Cross-Functional Work

  • Write detailed product tickets and requirements for engineering teams
  • Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution
  • Support asset development to improve overall user experience

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or product management
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
  • Ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
  • Familiarity with search tools like Algolia
  • Exposure to headless content management systems
