About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the growth and optimization of a flagship e-commerce store. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing core e-commerce functions, analyzing the purchase funnel, running A/B tests, and collaborating closely with marketing and merchandising teams to enhance the online shopping experience.

What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap Support
- Support the Product Management team in defining the overall e-commerce product strategy and roadmap
- Ensure initiatives align with delivering strong value to customers and internal stakeholders
Conversion & Experience Optimization
- Analyze the purchase funnel to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct A/B tests and performance analysis to drive conversion rate improvements
- Implement site search optimization strategies to improve product discoverability
- Monitor site traffic and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
Marketing & Merchandising Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing and Site Merchandising teams to optimize product placement and presentation
- Support ongoing promotional strategies to enhance performance
- Collaborate with the Marketing Content team to develop custom content components that strengthen product storytelling and brand messaging
- Ensure visual consistency and accuracy of promotions and product listings
Execution & Cross-Functional Work
- Write detailed product tickets and requirements for engineering teams
- Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Support asset development to improve overall user experience
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or product management
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
- Ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
- Familiarity with search tools like Algolia
- Exposure to headless content management systems
