Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Ecommerce Manager to lead the technical and operational backbone of a fast-growing ecommerce business.
This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role ideal for someone deeply familiar with Shopify, ecommerce workflows, and fulfillment operations. You will ensure smooth online operations while identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
- Maintain and update multiple Shopify stores, including products, collections, navigation, and visual assets
- Manage catalog structure, product bundles, tags, variants, and metafields across all storefronts
- Coordinate all product uploads and updates, including imagery, descriptions, pricing, and regional configurations
Website Operations
- Troubleshoot daily website and checkout issues (incorrect charges, broken links, product display errors, inventory sync issues)
- Implement and manage promotions, discount codes, and campaign settings
- Collaborate with IT and external partners to resolve technical bugs (shipping errors, SKU mismatches, checkout glitches)
3PL & Fulfillment Coordination
- Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues between Shopify and fulfillment systems, including wholesale accounts and third-party marketplaces
- Support returns workflows, bundle breakdowns, and fulfillment exceptions as needed
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor ecommerce performance using Shopify Analytics and third-party tools
- Identify trends, errors, and opportunities to improve UX, conversion rates, and operational efficiency
- Implement data-driven improvements to support revenue growth and scalability
Process Improvement & Quality Control
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in ecommerce workflows
- Recommend and implement improvements to website flow, catalog structure, and fulfillment processes

- 5+ years of experience managing ecommerce operations, preferably in a high-SKU Shopify environment (500+ SKUs)
- Proven track record of managing, optimizing, and scaling Shopify stores
- Demonstrated ability to drive online revenue growth through data-driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of Shopify backend architecture and order workflows
- Experience coordinating with 3PL partners and resolving fulfillment issues
- Familiarity with ecommerce marketing fundamentals (apps, promotions, discount codes)
- Comfortable handling both operational execution and technical troubleshooting
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
