Job Description

Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.

Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office.

Role Description

We are looking for an AI Productivity Platform Manager to join our AI Productivity team. In this role, you will serve as a force-multiplier for our AI initiatives, ensuring that our ecosystem of AI tools (including ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean, Gemini, and various pilots) is operationally ready, governed, and scalable.

You will own the "day-2 operations" of our AI productivity stack—handling access provisioning, license governance, integrations, and pilot enablement. By professionalizing these workflows, you will reduce operational risk and improve time-to-value for teams across Oura adopting new AI technologies. Please note: This is a 6-month fixed term role.

Location

This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in San Francisco or NYC.  We have offices in San Francisco, San Diego, and Los Angeles for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.

What you will do:

  • Manage Access & Provisioning: Own the intake and triage for user access requests across approved AI tools (employees + contractors). Execute provisioning and deprovisioning via Google Groups, vendor admin consoles, and SCIM where available.
  • Drive Pilot Operations: Stand up "ready-to-run" pilot kits, including onboarding instructions, Slack channel setup, and support escalation paths. Maintain a central roster of active pilots and participants.
  • Coordinate Integrations: Work with Workplace Technology and vendors to ensure SSO/SCIM readiness and configure app integrations (e.g., connecting AI tools to Slack, Jira, Figma).
  • Oversee Governance & Hygiene: Maintain a least-privilege admin model and ensure tooling processes align with policy requirements (e.g., training completion gating). Perform regular seat utilization reviews and license reclamation for capacity-constrained tools.
  • Lead Enablement & Support: Create and maintain "how to get access" pages, FAQs, and internal documentation. Publish periodic status updates on access volume and pilot participation.

Requirements

We would love to consider you for this role if you have:

  • System Administration Experience: Proven experience managing SaaS tool administration, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and license management (experience with Google Workspace admin or similar platforms is a plus).
  • Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), onboarding guides, and documentation.
  • Technical Familiarity: Understanding of SSO, SCIM, and API integrations (e.g., connecting apps to Slack/Jira) and the ability to troubleshoot basic access and configuration issues.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively between technical teams (Security, Workplace Tech) and business users, translating technical requirements into clear instructions.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly evolving tool stack; prior exposure to AI tools (like ChatGPT, Glean, or similar) is a strong plus.

Benefits

At Oura, we care about you and your well-being. Everyone here at Oura has a ring of their own and we are continually looking to improve employee health. What we offer:

  • Competitive salary and equity packages
  • Health, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resources
  • An Oura Ring of your own
  • 20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time off *prorated
  • Paid sick leave and parental leave

Compensation

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Region 1: $143,650 - $169,000
  • Region 2: $130,050 - $153,000
  • Region 3: $117,300 - $138,000

Please note: The compensation will be prorated for a 6-month period. A recruiter can determine your zones/tiers based on your US location.

We are not considering candidates residing in the following states: Alaska (AK), Delaware (DE), Iowa (IA), Mississippi (MS), Missouri (MO), Nebraska (NE), South Dakota (SD), West Virginia (WV), and Wisconsin (WI).
