Associate/Senior Associate, Revenue Operations

ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing revenue strategies, including in-game sales, promotions and pricing strategiesRegularly report, monitor and analyze key revenue metricsDesign revenue forecasts and drive revenue performance to achieve business targetsOversee operations of the in-game store, including content updates and promotional activitiesConceptualize and execute new revenue events to boost revenue metricsExecute revenue plans effectively through collaboration with stakeholders and internal teamsGather comprehensive feedback from local users and develop a strong understanding of their needs and preferences RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or higher in a finance, business, engineering or related fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in revenue forecasting and management or equivalent, preferably from gaming industryProficient in analyzing large datasets and extracting key insights to build revenue strategiesSolution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectivelyAbility to manage and prioritize multiple revenue-related projects effectivelyFluent in one of the local language in India, preferably Hindi, to effectively engage with local playersStrong passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem
