Job Description

Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager 

Location: Remote, with the ability to regularly travel to Ft. Belvoir, VA for meetings
Security Clearance Requirement: Must possess a DOD Secret Clearance and be eligible for an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) upon assignment.

Position Summary

Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager to oversee the execution of large and complex cybersecurity task orders supporting DoD customers. This role will coordinate across government stakeholders and ensure technical solutions and schedules are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the task order project manager for large, complex cybersecurity efforts.
  • Support the Program Manager in coordinating with the Government KO, COR, and customer stakeholders.
  • Manage task order execution to ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide integration planning and coordination with other functional systems.
  • Provide project reporting, status updates, and performance tracking.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience on projects of similar size and complexity
  • Six (6) years of general IT experience
  • Six (6) years of cybersecurity experience
  • Risk Management Professional credential
  • PMP (or equivalent) certification
  • Strong knowledge of RMF
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief government leadership and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DoD cybersecurity programs
  • Experience supporting government contracting environments
