Job Description
About Massive Bio
Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI-powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.
We're recognized as a leader in health-tech innovation. Massive Bio was featured as #4 in Fast Company's Startup 100 list for Turkey and has raised $24M total funding from impact-driven investors including Revo Capital, the International Finance Corporation, and Cavendish Impact Foundation, validating both our business model and our mission-driven approach.
The Position
The Enrollment Delivery Manager owns what happens after a patient is matched: moving them through qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and enrollment. You're the person who makes sure matched patients actually get into trials.
This means working both internally and externally. Internally, you coordinate across our clinical operations, technology, operations, and customer success teams to keep handoffs tight and the funnel moving. Externally, you're the operational point of contact for clinical trial sites, sponsor clinical operations teams, CROs, and site networks, resolving issues, removing bottlenecks, and keeping enrollment on track.
You'll build and own enrollment dashboards, track conversion at every stage, and report performance to leadership and sponsors. When a trial is underperforming, you flag it early and come with a plan.
This is not a support function. You own enrollment outcomes. As the function grows, you'll build and manage a small team of Project Managers to scale delivery operations.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 5–8 years in clinical trial operations, patient recruitment, clinical project management, or a comparable operational role in healthcare or life sciences
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across countries, cultures, and time zones
- Strong understanding of how oncology clinical trials work; how patients move through screening and enrollment, what sites need, and where things break down
- Ability to manage external relationships (sites, sponsors, CROs) with the same confidence as internal teams
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard/reporting skills
- Structured, deadline-driven project management discipline with the ability to run multiple trials simultaneously
- High energy and comfort with ambiguity, this is a startup building a new function
Preferred:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Oncology-specific experience
- Background in operational value creation, management consulting, or private equity portfolio operations; we value people who think about growth and operational rigor together
- Experience with AI-powered platforms or health technology
- Familiarity with patient recruitment vendors, site networks, or CRO enrollment operations
Why This Role
You're not joining a large team with established playbooks. You're building the delivery engine for a company where enrollment speed is the product. The role is designed to grow with a direct line to the C-level and co-founders. Within 12–18 months, you'll hire and lead your own team.
