From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
About the Role
The GTM Enablement Program Manager is the "boots on the ground" for our revenue engine. Reporting to the Senior Director, GTM Enablement, you will be the creative force behind our training content and the primary facilitator for our teams. This role is ideal for someone who loves the craft of teaching, the challenge of content creation, and the thrill of seeing a team master a new skill.
What You'll Do
Curriculum Design & Content Production
Design and build engaging, interactive training content, including playbooks, certification exams, and e-learning modules.
Turn complex technical product features into simple, persuasive value propositions that reps can use in real-world conversations.
Facilitation & Training Delivery
Lead live training sessions, workshops, and new hire bootcamps.
Host role play sessions and coaching clinics to help reps sharpen their discovery and closing skills.
Product Launch Enablement
Execute the enablement plan for new features, ensuring the GTM team understands the "What," the "Why," and the "How" of every release.
Create the supporting assets (one-pagers, talk tracks) that help reps communicate value immediately.
Tool Administration & Adoption
Act as the primary administrator for our enablement tech stack.
Ensure the GTM team knows how to use our tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong) to streamline their workflow rather than clutter it.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Be the "ear to the ground," collecting feedback from reps and managers to identify where our content or training is missing the mark.
Constantly iterate on our programs to ensure they remain relevant as the market shifts.
What We're Looking For
Required
3-5 years of experience in Sales, Enablement, or Instructional Design.
Direct Outbound Experience: Proven track record as a former outbound sales leader or high-performing representative (e.g., Outbound BDR/SDR Manager, Outbound BDR, or AE).
Prospecting Enablement: Specific experience building and executing enablement programs focused on outbound prospecting, including cold outreach, multi-channel sequencing, and lead qualification.
Superior Presentation & Facilitation: Advanced skills in commanding a room or a web-conferencing call to deliver impactful training.
Creative Content Development: Ability to transform technical documentation or sales processes into compelling slide decks, videos, or playbooks.
Analytical Mindset: An interest in using data and performance metrics to prove the success and ROI of enablement programs.
Nice to Have
Experience using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with LMS administration (e.g., Lessonly, WorkRamp).
Previous experience in a customer-facing role (SDR, AE, or CSM).
Why This Role Matters You are the person who ensures our GTM teams are prepared for battle every single day. By creating the right content and delivering the right training, you directly shorten the time it takes for a new hire to become a top performer.
