Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) Project Manager to support a DHS client by leading enterprise Software Asset Management (SAM) initiatives. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of program execution, delivery, stakeholder coordination, and operational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all work performed under the applicable Performance Work Statement (PWS)
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
  • Manage program risks, performance metrics, deliverables, and reporting activities
  • Ensure alignment with DHS and USCIS systems, operational priorities, and policies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver program outcomes
  • Oversee software asset management support services including:
    • Tool configuration and maintenance
    • Program guidance
    • Entitlement tracking
    • Proactive software asset management
    • Software licensing optimization
    • Software license helpdesk support

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive program/project management experience supporting information technology initiatives
  • PMP certification required
  • IAITAM certification or equivalent experience required

  • Expertise with Agile methodologies and program management frameworks
  • Strong executive-level leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience supporting DHS systems and immigration-related programs
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in complex program environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
