Role Overview

We’re looking for a curious and driven Junior Product Manager to join our Cards & Credit squad. You’ll work closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to help define, build, and launch card and credit products that serve our global customer base.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Cards & Credit features.
  • Conduct user research, analyse customer feedback, and synthesise insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to drive feature delivery.
  • Monitor product KPIs and prepare weekly performance dashboards.
  • Support go-to-market planning and coordinate cross-functional launches.
  • Stay up to date on stablecoin, fintech, and credit market trends.


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (SQL is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for fintech, crypto, or emerging-market financial services.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with card issuing, credit products, or payments platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
