Job DescriptionPlayer Digital Identity (PDI) is responsible for the products that allow players to create and manage their digital identity with an ethical and compliant framework and enjoy safe cross-experiences. Your role as a Junior Product Manager is to lead the product management effort for a set of products and ensure that products supported by the PDI team produce value for its stakeholders and users. The product manager challenges the development, facilitates decisions, has a very clear vision of where the product should be, and finds an agreement to use the product to its full potential. You will also guarantee cohesion between different Online Services teams, business partners and users involved in the projects, while respecting the product roadmap.As a Junior Product Manager you are responsible for your portfolio, providing strategic vision & direction in collaboration with PDI senior leadership and the other internal and external stakeholders. You bring knowledge in product management in the games/tech market to identify opportunities and risks.Overall, you play a vital part in driving product success, meeting business objectives, and fostering collaboration with our clients, the entirety of Ubisoft games.QualificationsRequirementsExperience in managing product delivery end to endProduct management, project management & business analysis skillsGuide and communicate with the stakeholders to get the teams involved in your projectsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partiesGood knowledge and experience of Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Strong time-management skills and attention to details, capable of detecting hidden problems and prioritizing, tracking, and managing the resolution multiple issues and risksWhat you will do:Manage Product Development CycleGather requirements and identify needs with business owners & stakeholders;Manage the mid to long-term roadmap, involving stakeholders, clients, and partner;Manage the backlog, work on priorities and plan;Document stories and tasks details, and clarify requirements;Define and manage the implementation of functionalities according to business needs and priorities in close collaboration with PDI teams;Manage and ensure cross-product / roadmap monitoring: risk management, roadblock identifications, etc;Make continuous improvements on the products by doing some technological market research in collaboration with the IT teams and by guaranteeing the business needs.Portfolio Representation / Stakeholder ManagementThe Product Manager represents a portfolio of products in collaboration with key stakeholders, such as:Game production teams with specific Online needsexternal development teamsbusiness, data and sales teamsOperational teams like Publishing, Security, Fraud, Safety and Customer Relations teamsYour goal is to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the product lifecycle. You actively engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, align plans, identify dependencies, and incorporate it into the strategic production planning.Vision and StrategyContribute to define and communicate the product vision for your products in alignment with the overall business goals (ROI) and objectives (Northstar KPIs, Product goals) and translate those into more granular product goals and priorities.Internal CooperationWork closely with the CPI and Tech team managers to provide visibility on the domain’s activities and align them with our strategic goals.External CooperationAlign closely with your clients to ensure standards and deadlines are met.
