About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of global technology and data collection projects. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build a career in project management within fast-paced, international environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end project coordination, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (testers, evaluators)
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with project goals
  • Maintain clear communication with management and team members

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with and processing large data sets
  • Proficiency with AI tools and openness to leveraging them in daily work
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Languages

  • English (at least B2) – required
  • Ukrainian (native) – required
  • Additional languages – a plus
