About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of global technology and data collection projects. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build a career in project management within fast-paced, international environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project coordination, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (testers, evaluators)
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with project goals
- Maintain clear communication with management and team members
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Comfortable working with and processing large data sets
- Proficiency with AI tools and openness to leveraging them in daily work
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
