Looking ahead, Capital Games is also incubating new titles to expand our portfolio and shape the future of EA Mobile. ResponsibilitiesDefine a feature roadmap that aligns with growth targets and keeps pace with market best practicesBuild LTV, conversion, and demand forecasts to inform feature prioritizationModel price elasticity, offer mix, and virtual currency flows.Partner with design to balance economy sinks, sources, and player fairness.Mentor junior product managers in feature and systems designPartner with analytics on feature and systems deep dives that inform actionable improvements to productRequired Qualifications5+ years product management in F2P mobile or live service games.Experience designing, scoping and shipping multiple feature sets that drove measurable revenue performance on a F2P mobile game Experience bringing a new mobile f2p title to market is a plusExperience designing, implementing, and balancing battle passes, storefronts, live events and in-game economy systems.Experience building LTV models, revenue forecasts, or elasticity analyses.Proficiency with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).Experience designing free-to-play progression and cosmetic monetization systems.Experience managing and mentoring associate, up to, senior level product managersCore Skills and ExperienceSystems thinking across progression, engagement, and revenue loops.Hands on balance and tuning experience on a F2P mobile economyExperience running large-scale experiments and interpreting results.Ability to align player experience with commercial outcomes and strategyCross-functional leadership across design, engineering, analytics, and marketingPay Transparency - North AmericaCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$133,500 - $186,400 CAD* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$165,000 - $256,000 USD* Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) *$152,800 - $211,200 USDPay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.  For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
