The opportunityThe Unity Offerwall is focused on creating engaging user experiences that drive incremental revenue growth for our clients. We operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and work closely across Product, Engineering, CS, Sales, and Finance to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently. As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day operations, driving cross-functional initiatives, and improving the processes that support our Offerwall business. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with operational execution and wants to make an immediate impact on a high-priority part of the business. In the short term, success in this role will mean quickly building context, maintaining operational continuity, and driving key priorities forward. Over time, success will also include identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and support the team’s growth and scalability. What you'll be doing Lead day-to-day business operations for the Offerwall and ensure continuity across key workflows and initiatives Manage and drive cross-functional projects with teams including Product, Engineering, CS, Sales, and Finance Monitor business and operational performance, identify trends or issues, and provide actionable recommendations Improve existing processes and implement scalable operational solutions to support team efficiency and business growth Support planning, prioritization, reporting, and stakeholder communication across key business initiatives What we're looking for Strong project management skills, including managing multiple priorities simultaneously Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations Experience driving operational processes and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and execute with a high level of ownership You might also have Experience in adtech, monetization, digital advertising, gaming, or performance marketing environments Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams Familiarity with Salesforce, BI/reporting tools, and spreadsheet-based operational analysis Experience with global teams and distributed stakeholders Additional information Relocation support is not available for this position Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position BenefitsAt Unity, we want our team members to thrive.
