Your work will directly impact thousands of design and construction professionals who rely on our tools every day.What you'll be doingDefine and own the product strategy for one or more AEC product areas, balancing near-term user needs with a long-term platform visionServe as a subject matter authority and thought leader across the product organisation, setting a high bar for product thinking and technical depthDevelop deep expertise in AEC industry processes — including BIM workflows, design coordination, project delivery methods, and construction operations — to identify high-impact product opportunitiesCollaborate with sales, customer success, and key industry stakeholders to align product capabilities with market demands and strategic objectivesDefine clear success metrics and use data-informed insights to continuously refine and improve product outcomesWhat we're looking forProven track record of delivering complex, technical software products in or adjacent to the AEC industry at a senior or principal levelStrong understanding of AEC workflows, including design, engineering coordination, or construction management processesDemonstrated ability to work across multi-functional teams, translating complex technical and domain requirements into a clear, prioritised product strategyAbility to operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving ambiguous problem spaces through to well-defined, executable product plansStrong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions in complex, fast-moving environmentsYou might also haveHands-on experience with BIM authoring or coordination tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or equivalent platformsFamiliarity with construction technology, digital twins, or reality capture workflowsBackground in data interoperability, open standards (IFC, CDE, COBie), or cloud-based collaboration platformsExperience working with or within architecture, engineering, or construction firmsA track record of building consensus across organisations and driving bold product visions from concept to deliveryAdditional informationRelocation support is not available for this positionWork visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this positionBenefitsAt Unity, we want our team members to thrive.
