In this role, you will help the organization make sense of its information ecosystem, transforming distributed knowledge into accessible, machine-readable foundations that support AI-driven products and internal tools. Reporting to the Vice President of AI Initiatives, you will balance long-term product direction with hands-on contribution, remaining closely connected to the platforms and experiences you help shape.This is a deeply engaged role. You will work alongside your team to explore ideas, prototype solutions, and learn through experimentation, using modern development practices and AI-assisted tools to ensure the products meet real needs and evolve thoughtfully over time.What you’ll doShape and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the Knowledge stream, aligned with AI Initiatives prioritiesSupport the creation of knowledge ingestion pipelines that connect enterprise sources such as SharePoint, Confluence, repositories, databases, and media filesEnable products that focus on data extraction, enrichment, classification, and embedding, turning information into usable knowledgeHelp design knowledge structures including graphs, relationships, ontologies, and taxonomies that reflect how information connects across the organizationAdvocate for the separation of knowledge from presentation, allowing information to be reused, queried, and rendered across multiple contextsCollaborate directly on prototypes and early solutions, validating ideas by building and testing practical use casesWork in partnership with engineering, platform, security, and data governance teams to integrate the knowledge layer responsibly and effectivelyFoster a supportive, high-trust product and technical environment that values learning, ownership, and continuous improvementQualificationsWhat you bring to the teamExperience guiding complex product platforms, with comfort moving between strategy and hands-on contributionConfidence working with technical systems, data pipelines, and developer tools in collaborative settingsUnderstanding of structured and unstructured data and how knowledge can be represented and connectedEnjoyment of building, prototyping, and iterating, including with AI-assisted development toolsAbility to communicate complex ideas in clear, thoughtful, and inclusive waysExperience working across product, engineering, and governance partnersA collaborative leadership approach that encourages participation and shared accountabilityCuriosity, adaptability, and care for both product outcomes and team healthAdditional InformationWhat to send our wayYour CV highlighting relevant skills and experiencesExamples of products, platforms, or systems you have helped design, build, or support, such as documentation, demos, repositories, or case studiesContract: PermanentWork flexibility: Office-based
