About the Role
Our client, Flxpoint, a leading provider of e-commerce automation software, is hiring a Project Manager to lead customer implementations and strategic initiatives from kickoff through go-live. Flxpoint enables mid-market and enterprise retailers to automate complex multi-supplier and multi-channel operations, helping them streamline workflows and scale efficiently.
This is a full-time, remote role. You’ll serve as the primary project lead for customer-facing implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high standard. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to drive initiatives across the finish line.
You will report directly to company leadership and provide consistent status updates on active initiatives. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
Own End-to-End Project Delivery
Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
Build and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with agreed scope
Push initiatives forward with urgency and clarity
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
Lead implementation calls and status meetings
Provide structured updates, next steps, and clear documentation
Translate customer requirements into actionable internal tasks
Maintain professional, proactive communication via email, video calls, and documentation
Cross-Functional Coordination
Align Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams around project goals
Ensure accountability across teams
Remove blockers and escalate risks when necessary
Identify potential delays early and proactively mitigate them
Project Tracking & Documentation
Maintain detailed project documentation and task tracking
Use modern project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday, etc.)
Ensure visibility into milestones, risks, and deliverables
Document decisions, action items, and scope updates clearly
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Project Management, Implementation Management, or similar role
Experience in SaaS or technology environments preferred
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Strong customer-facing presence and executive-level professionalism
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and driving projects to completion
Experience using modern project management tools (Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
Self-starter with strong follow-through and bias toward action
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementations
Familiarity with ecommerce or automation platforms
Experience working directly with senior leadership stakeholders
Success in the First 3–6 Months
Successfully lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff to go-live
Deliver projects on time with strong customer satisfaction
Establish clear, repeatable project documentation and communication processes
Build strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
Identify and proactively mitigate risks before they impact timelines
