We are looking for an Intermediate Project Manager who is organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player to join our HR People Operations team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to plan and execute internal operations projects from initiation through delivery with increasing ownership and independence.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with experience in project management or operations coordination. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work closely with cross-functional teams, and exercise sound judgment will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute internal operations and non-technical projects from initiation through delivery, managing assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision.
    • Gather required data from end users to evaluate project objectives, goals, and scope to define deliverables and success criteria.
    • Focus on execution and managing the functional elements of each project, ensuring all targets and requirements are clearly understood and tracked.
    • Ensure that all project targets and requirements are met and completed on schedule and within budget.
    • Work closely with various internal departments to coordinate efforts and ensure the successful completion of projects.
    • Keep leadership informed of key issues, risks, and decisions that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.
    • Apply independent judgment in addressing routine project challenges, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
    • Continuously refine project management processes and contribute to operational improvements across the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of relevant experience in project management, operations coordination, or a related function.
    • Moderate proficiency in project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects of increasing complexity with some latitude for independent judgment.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present updates to leadership.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
    • Proven ability to monitor project timelines and budgets, identify risks, and proactively communicate issues to stakeholders.
    • Background in compliance, legal, or paralegal work
