Project Manager - SaaS & AI (Remote, EST, Anywhere in Pakistan, USD Salary)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for software or technology projects.
• Proven experience managing SaaS and AI-based projects.
• Strong experience working in AI consulting or service-based delivery environments.
• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably handling US/Canada clients.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, delivery management, and resource planning.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams (engineering, AI, product teams).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
• Ability to work in EST time zone is required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of SaaS and AI consulting projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with engineering and AI teams to ensure timely execution and quality delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and engagements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project milestones, KPIs, and delivery performance metrics.
• Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and progress reporting.
• Facilitate sprint planning, task prioritization, and delivery coordination with internal teams.
• Ensure smooth delivery of AI consulting engagements and service-based projects.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and workflow processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery processes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
