Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Scheduler) to support the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization initiative. In this role, you will develop and manage the Integrated Master Schedule, ensuring visibility into dependencies, milestones, and risks across multiple workstreams. The Scheduler plays a critical role in supporting disciplined program execution by partnering with project leads and VA stakeholders within a complex federal healthcare modernization environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and version-control the Integrated Master Schedule using MS Project.
  • Collaborate with task leads to refine timelines, resource assignments, and dependencies. 
  • Provide schedule risk insights and recommend mitigation strategies. 
  • Update and maintain the Business Roadmap Tool. 
  • Deliver proactive schedule reporting to program leadership and government stakeholders. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years in MS Project and schedule management 
  • Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely

All candidates must be able to:

  • Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
  • Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
  • Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
