This role plays a critical part in shaping intelligent wallet experiences, optimizing payment operations, and enabling data-driven decision-making across global markets.The position sits at the intersection of product, data, engineering, risk, and operations, translating business needs into scalable AI-powered solutions. you have to ability to see how your work affects the rest of your teammates and keep a lookout for them. • A growth mindset and great curiosity – You are curious by nature to understand things in depth and find yourself always hungry to learn new things.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAI Product Strategy and RoadmapDefine and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities within the Razer Gold Digital Wallet platformIdentify high-impact opportunities to apply AI to improve wallet performance, risk management, operational efficiency, and customer experienceTranslate business problems into clear AI use cases, including automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-makingPrioritize AI initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and regulatory considerationsAI Use Case Development and DeliveryLead the design and delivery of AI-powered wallet features such as:Fraud and risk detectionTransaction monitoring and anomaly detectionCustomer behavior and spending insightsIntelligent routing and payment optimizationAutomated operational workflowsCustomer support automation and chatbot capabilitiesWork closely with data science and engineering teams to define model requirements, performance metrics, and deployment strategiesEnsure AI models are production-ready, reliable, and scalable within the wallet infrastructureCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with data science, engineering, risk, compliance, finance, and operations teams to deliver AI-driven product capabilitiesCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure responsible and compliant use of AI across jurisdictionsAct as the bridge between technical AI teams and business stakeholdersData and Performance ManagementDefine success metrics and monitor performance of AI-driven features, including:Model accuracy and performanceFraud detection effectivenessOperational efficiency improvementsCustomer experience outcomesUse data insights to continuously optimize AI models and product featuresGovernance, Risk, and Responsible AIEnsure AI solutions align with internal governance standards and regulatory requirementsDefine monitoring and fallback mechanisms for AI-driven decision systemsSupport model lifecycle management, including validation, retraining, and performance monitoringPromote responsible and ethical AI usage within the digital wallet ecosystemProduct Delivery and ExecutionMaintain and prioritize the AI product backlog aligned with business and platform goalsDefine user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for AI-driven featuresCoordinate testing, deployment, and rollout of AI capabilities across environmentsManage stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles within fintech, digital payments, or technology-driven environmentsProven experience delivering digital wallet, mobile app, payments, or fintech products, including end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to production (0 → 1 or scale-up)Hands-on experience managing mobile applications (iOS/Android), including feature design, user experience optimization, release management, and performance monitoringDemonstrated experience working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven systemsSolid understanding of AI/ML concepts such as predictive modelling, classification and anomaly detection, model evaluation, performance monitoring, data pipelines, and model deploymentStrong familiarity with digital wallet or payment ecosystems, including transaction flows, settlement processes, and operational workflowsExperience working with data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to support data-driven decision-makingExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional delivery coordinationStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, data, risk, compliance, and business teamsExcellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and execution disciplineExperience working in global digital commerce or multi-market platforms with cross-border regulatory or operational considerationsExperience in a startup or high-growth technology environment is a plusPre-Requisites :Razer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
