Role SummaryThe Senior Manager, FCM Webstore owns the commercial success, strategy and day to day performance of the Global FCM Webstore platform. This role is accountable for revenue growth, LiveOps execution, customer experience, conversion optimization, SKU strategy and the long term product roadmap in conjunction with the FCM Studio LiveOps LT plus our partner in CODA.The role leads cross functional execution across Studio, CODA, Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Analytics & regional Hub and Spoke teams to deliver a scalable global web commerce platform. Success requires strong commercial leadership, operational excellence and the ability to align multiple stakeholders around shared business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy & GrowthDefine and execute the multi-year Webstore strategy aligned with company objectives.Own the commercial performance of the Webstore, including revenue forecasting, profitability, conversion and customer engagement.Identify growth opportunities through new markets, business models, partnerships and platform capabilities.Lead strategic business reviews and recommend investment priorities based on performance data.Commercial & LiveOps LeadershipOwn the global LiveOps calendar and execution strategy for Webstore campaigns.Develop SKU strategy, pricing proposals, promotions and merchandising plans to maximize revenue.Partner with Studio teams to align monetization, LiveOps & content planningDrive continuous optimization of sales events, seasonal campaigns & product launches.Product & Platform ManagementDefine and prioritize the Webstore product roadmap.Lead feature development from concept through launch, working closely with Product and Engineering teams.Improve customer journeys and conversion funnels through experimentation and data driven optimization.Oversee strategic feature development including:Interstitial experiencesLoyalty and milestone programsFuture commerce capabilitiesMarketing & Customer GrowthPartner with Marketing to develop acquisition and retention strategies.Align marketing roadmaps with commercial objectives and campaign priorities.Support strategic marketing initiatives including:Football partnership activationsPaid acquisition campaignsCreator and influencer programsRegional and cultural marketing initiativesPartner with CRM teams to improve customer lifecycle engagement and repeat purchase behavior.Cross-Functional LeadershipLead execution across Studio, Coda, Marketing, CRM, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Compliance & Regional operations.Drive decision making through structured governance, stakeholder alignment & executive communicationManage approval processes and ensure timely execution across all business functions.Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.Operations & Program ManagementOversee end to end operational workflows supporting the Webstore platform.Coordinate global campaign launches and ensure flawless LiveOps execution.Establish scalable operating processes, governance & documentation.Lead strategic programs from business case through implementation.Expansion & PartnershipsLead expansion into new countries and territories.Evaluate and onboard new payment partners and commerce solutions.Develop partnerships that improve customer accessibility and revenue opportunities.Assess new business opportunities based on commercial impact and operational feasibility.Performance & AnalyticsEstablish KPIs across revenue, conversion, customer acquisition, retention & operational excellence.Monitor business performance and deliver regular reporting to senior leadership.Translate data into actionable business recommendations.Lead post campaign analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.LeadershipLead and develop high performing cross functional teams and project groups.Direct line management to an eCommerce Intern.Foster accountability, collaboration and a data driven culture.Mentor team members and support capability development across the organization.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Product Management, Commerce or a related field.5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, gaming, LiveOps, product management or a related industry.Experience leading global cross functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.Strong commercial and strategic planning experience.Experience managing roadmaps and feature delivery.Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisionsExperience working with marketing, CRM, engineering, legal & regional operations teams.Experience in mobile gaming, digital products, or live service environments is highly desirable.
